Updated: Jun 29
The Greater Molega Lake Lot Owners Association will be holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting on:
🗓️ Sunday, July 26, 2026
⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Greenfield Fire Hall (in‑person) + Zoom (hybrid) https://zoom.us/j/7088664527
This date replaces the originally planned July 11 meeting. The change ensures we meet the 30‑day notice requirement for Special Resolutions and voting matters under our bylaws and the Region of Queens Municipality’s proposed Bylaw 27. A Zoom link will be included in the formal AGM Notice, which will be sent to all lot owners after June 15.
Bylaw 27 Update
Bylaw 27, which would allow the Municipality to collect road maintenance fees on behalf of private road associations, passed First Reading on May 26 and is scheduled for Second Reading on June 23. While final approval rests with Council, the GMLLOA Board is confident the bylaw will proceed.
As a result, we are preparing for a membership vote on whether GMLLOA should apply under Bylaw 27 during the AGM. This vote will determine whether the Association moves forward with a municipal levy system for road maintenance fees.
