Hello everyone! It's been a busy few months and we've got some updates to share. SOUTH ROADS MANAGER As discussed in the July 2025 AGM, the GMLLOA has seen a 35% increase in developed properties since 2020. 2025/2026 Maintenance Fees
It's that time of year again - invoices for annual road maintenance fees are set to go out. Due to significant increases in the cost of road maintenance materials, the GMLLOA board has approved an adjustment to annual fees.
