📢 GMLLOA Annual General Meeting – Official Notice

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Greater Molega Lake Lot Owners Association (GMLLOA) will take place:

IMPORTANT NOTE: if joining by zoom, please log in at 12:30 so we can verify your name and location

All lot owners are encouraged to attend. This year’s AGM includes an important vote on whether GMLLOA should apply under Region of Queens Municipality’s Bylaw No. 27 – Private Road Maintenance Charges.

If approved, this levy would allow the Municipality to collect road maintenance fees from all properties within the GMLLOA charge area through the annual property tax bill and remit those funds to the Association.

Members will also consider a Special Resolution to adopt an updated Memorandum of Association.

The current MOA (1991) no longer reflects the scale, operations, or legal framework of the Association. The proposed updated MOA modernizes GMLLOA’s objects to include road infrastructure management, environmental stewardship, cost‑sharing authority, digital governance, and current legal requirements.
