2025/2026 Maintenance Fees

It's that time of year again - invoices for annual road maintenance fees are set to go out.

Due to significant increases in the cost of road maintenance materials, the GMLLOA board has approved an adjustment to annual fees. The cost of sand for winter roads, Class A gravel, 2-inch rock, and slate for road fill has increased by 30–40% in our region since 2020. These materials are essential for maintaining safe road conditions year round.

Effective with this invoice developed lots will be invoiced $450.00 per year (inclusive of HST), and vacant lots will be invoiced $175.00 per year (inclusive of HST).

This adjustment ensures we can continue to provide reliable upkeep of our shared roads despite rising supply costs. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support in keeping our community safe and accessible.
