CHANGES TO PROPERTIES

Some people this year may notice that their fees have changed from previous years. Part of the duties of our area representatives is to physically visit their areas and note any changes to the properties (ie. whether a previously vacant lot has a cottage, trailer or other structure on it. Our fees are based on certain criteria and it is the property owner's responsibility to inform us if the status of their property changes. Often times this is not done and that is why we try to check for changes every year. We have huge areas to cover and sometimes it may take a couple of years before we are brought up to date.

We ask our members to keep us informed so that you don't get any surprises down the road when your fees go up unexpectedly.

Also, for those people who own multiple lots and are charged on each on of them, did you know that if you have your lots migrated, then you would only have to pay one fee?
