Buying or Selling Property?
If you are buying or selling properties that are part of our association, we ask that you inform us when this happens. Some people assume that we will automatically know, but this is not the case. What does happen is:
1. Former owners will continue to receive the yearly invoices until we know that there are new owners.
2. Sometimes new owners are not informed that there are annual fees and they are not happy when they find out. This happens more often when it is a private sale instead of going through an agent.
We are working on having a form on our website that potential buyers and sellers can fill out and email to us with their information, but until then, please email any changes to email@example.com
