Instructions for ZOOM Meeting

 

It is recommended that you join the meeting via Computer if possible for the best meeting experience, however all who must join by phone will be accommodated as well.

 

Please follow the following guidelines:

 

  1.  If you are signing in from your computer and don’t already have ZOOM installed, go to www.zoom.us/download to download the program prior to the meeting day.

  2. On the evening of the meeting, plan to sign in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If the host has not started the meeting yet, you will be put in the waiting room.

  3. When you are brought into the meeting, you will be asked to provide your name, so that we know who is attending the meeting.

  4. During the meeting you will only hear the person who is speaking and everyone else will be muted.

  5. During the Question Period at the end of the meeting or at any other time if you are acknowledged to speak, please begin by stating your name so that it can be recorded in the minutes.
